Some of you may have noticed that I updated the site a little bit. I’ve been keeping track of how some of my ads are doing and to tell you the truth, the Amazon banner below each post wasn’t doing so hot (only 12 clicks) and the Adbrite Skyscraper on the right (you know, the one that kept on promoting hairgrowth got 2 clicks) pretty much sucked. Considering that a lot of my traffic is coming from my Name is My Domain promotion, I decided to put a domain registration banner I got from commission junction. We’ll see how that does and I’ll report back to you in a couple of weeks.
Also, I have been approvided for a ReviewMe account. I remember checking this out before and John Chow has mentioned it as one of his Evil Blog Promotion Ideas, but I couldn’t apply because of my low traffic and rankings. Well, it’s a new day and I was approved today. My going rate is $60 bucks, which means I pocket $30 bucks, so does anyone need a review? =)

Congrats on the ReviewMe approval! One suggestion for you on the Google ad block in this post would be to make the background color match the rest of your page.
One of the best tips I used on the Google ads is to make them blend into the site as much as possible. Of course if you are getting good clicks on those now then maybe just leave it alone.
