I was just about to go to sleep after coming out evening at my home poker game when I decided to check out my Technorati Ranking real quick. I couldn’t believe what I saw and started to do my research to see what happened. First, I tried to see if it was because of the Name in My Domain link train I started a couple of weeks ago. Next, I went to go ask Jeff Kee and Ed Lau if they knew if John Chow did anything to Technorati again. Finally, Ed and I concluded that it’s probably because I’m in the top commentator list on John’s blog, but I’m still not sure that’s it because I’ve been pretty even in the rankings with Samanathon.com, but his ranking didn’t shoot up as much as mine. *Nevermind - Just noticed Saman jumped to 6939, too! It has to be John’s Top Commentator List* Anyways, take a look for yourself!
To all the new bloggers out there, it really can be done with some hard work, a good amount of luck and the support of other bloggers out there! Now, I’m gonna see how long this is going to last.

But it seems weird as the digits do change after several refresh. Is this.. for REAL?
I’m up to 6,223. I think Technorati screwed up and reinstated John’s blog by registering each one of his pages as a separate site…shooting up everyone who has a link on his front page.

Well I didn’t break 10,000 but I did move up 30,000 spots to break 100,000!
Congratulations on breaking the 10,000 — I’m hoping to achieve that in a few months (perhaps sooner).
I didn’t see a huge jump in my Technorati numbers - but I’m in the top 30,000 now
