Look at Chow . .he had TTZ which helped him build his huge blog. Look at Shoemoney . . he made it big in PPC before he became a big dog in blogging. The balance of new startups vs. putting bread on the table isn't easy unless you have rich parents etc. But overall I think I learned and grew a lot in 08, and 09 will be a much better year for us.
