Make a quick $250

Posted in Observations on April 10th, 2007

My friend IM’s me this morning this link for a Chase Credit Card. My first reply “is this a phishing scam or what?” Well, it turns out that I ran a WHOIS and it seems to be pretty legit. Here’s the deal:

  • Go to the Chase Landing Page - (I’m using a MGL Redirect because I’m currently using the SlickDeals.net link, but probably will switch to my own link once I get approved for the affiliate program.)
  • Apply for the Credit Card - Make sure you see “Receive $250 after your First Purchase”
  • Make your First Purchase and get 20,000 Reward Points which is redeemable for $250!

The APR sucks at 19%, but if you just use it as a gas card and pay it off every month, it won’t hurt you plus you get 3% cash back at selected gas stations! It’s going to come in pretty handy when gas hits $4 a gallon this summer!

I know this might sound like a commercial to some and I normally wouldn’t do this for this blog, but I thought I’d pass the word for those who could use an extra $250 in their pockets to fund their PPC campaigns or just to buy stuff =)

Just what I need, another credit card to forget to pay!

I’ll have to look into it, I can always use another $250.
