MyBlogLog has Great Customer Service
I started a blog – Agloco 101 – last month after reading John Chow’s blog for a couple of months and finally wanting to join the Agloco craze. While I was laying down the foundation of my marketing campaign, I signed up for a MyBlogLog account and thought that I should use a screenname that could help me promote my blog, so I creatively chose “Agloco101.”
Genius, huh? Yes, I regretted it right after signing up for it, but I was already getting some love from other blogs, so I thought “eh, why not?”
Today, I realized that as I start to grow my MrGaryLee blog more, I want to visit other fellow bloggers without them having the preconception that I’m going to hard sell them on Agloco. So, I first tried creating a new account on MyBlogLog, but then just got too lazy to transfer all the information all to the new account. So, then I took my shot in the dark and emailed MyBlogLog to change my ScreenName, thinking there’s no way in the world they would allow this request to go through.
To my surprise, “Eric” from MyBlogLog emails me back and lets me know that my name has been changed to MrGaryLee. Now I can go and visit other blogs without having to worry about anything, but my ugly picture.
I just wanted to share and let people know that not ALL customer service people suck.

Joined a while back to, just to check things out. Just using my personal site for now as I don’t do much blog marketing, just content sites. Seems to add some traffic, not the golden bullet that some say it is.

I agree. Not all customer service are bad, even if one rep is bad, it doesn’t meant that the whole basket is full with bad eggs.
