Well content being king, I don't think i've got the time right now to "properly" develop the sites, but i'm interested in your future articles on the topic, as well as possibly turning those currently unused domains into sites that can make me a few bucks!

The amount of work that is involved really depends on your experience as a web developer and SEO Marketer. If you're family with creating a blog and then incorporating ads into the blog, that should take you less than a day to do. To properly SEO the site, there are many things you have to do - research, research research - but if you know what you're doing, it can be done in less than a day too. I would suggest that you find out the keyword you want each domain to be "known" for and work from there. That will be your theme and then your ads will be based around that them to increase the CTR and CR of your ads.

Gary, how much work is really involved? I ask because I run two maybe 3 developed sites (the third is quickly coming to something presentable) however i'm sitting on about 6 or 7 domains simply because I realized they are great domains to own, however I'd never gotten around to putting anything up on them.

Thanks!
