The Train of Link Love

Posted in Promotions on March 6th, 2007

The link of love has just made a pass and I couldn’t resiist. Mr. Root of All Evil has just released one of his “Evil Blog Promotion Ideas” and who am I to resist an idea from one of the net’s highest trafficked sites. I’m giving credit to Stephen Fung though since I jumped the fence when I was on his site. Sorry John!

As some of you might know, this is very similar to the Z-List I posted earlier in this blog’s life. The difference with this list is that it’s Tech Oriented, so I’m going to post a couple of my satellite sites along with MrGaryLee.com. The ideal for this list is to promote other sites that probably would not have been noticed and to provide them with a backlink, which in turns helps their overall rankings in Google, Technorati and a majority of other ranking systems. This is a total Pay-It-Forward type of link exchange, so spread the love.

So, this is what you do:
1) Write a short introduction paragraph and link back to the site that inspired you to blog this post.

2) COPY the ENTIRE List below and add it to your blog. To avoid duplicate content and increase the amount of keywords your site can accessible for, go ahead and change the titles of the blog. Just don’t change the links of the blog.

3) Take the “My Adds” links ad add them to “The Originals” list.

4) Now add 5 NEW Tech, Science or Consumer Electronics Blogs onto the “My Adds” section.

My Adds

DaytimeDeals - a seMi Live site with Tech Deals Here and there

As Stephen Fung mentions, it would be wise to link to smaller sites as they are more likely to jump aboard the Train of Link Lovingness.

Good Luck!
