This Week in Blogs got a lot easier with the influx of entries into the iPhone give away I started earlier this week. I’ve been chatting it up with a lot of people from around the world about blogging, the iPhone and each other’s part of the world a lot this week.

So, without further adieu, here are some sites that caught my eye this week:

Sandier Pastures - Dubai’s been recreating so many new tourist attractions and their version of the Venice Canals is no different!

World of Dreams - I just learned it’s Buy a Friend a Book Week and it’s FRIDAY!!! Can we count Danielle keeping one of my books for 6 months as my donation?

Egonitron - Just posted an article about how Google’s gonna get a PR 8. I won’t believe it until I see it!

Shawn Knight - Long time reader Shawn Knight just posted about Fried Food and even better, it’s southern fried food, so he gets a mention just because I’m a sucker for anything fried!

Make Money with Kassper - It seems like I can make money with so many people online now, so why not Kassper, too? He’s just saved me a post and talks about how Google is taking advantage of their new acquisition and intergrating Feedburner into Blogspot.

To Facebook or not to Facebook - Ed Lau just posted this question this morning and to be honest, I’ve been thinking about the same thing. I’m annoyingly tired of sifting through the garbage they call MySpace, Friendster’s a joke now and Bunkers Paradise just isn’t finished yet! What is a stalker, er, friend suppose to do these days to find people?
